so recently due to my skin issues, Dr asked me to go Vegan and gluten free, so basically had no option but in india with limited choices available for gluten free diet,. I ordered this. I quiet enjoyed the chapattis. they were fluffy and soft. for 1 cup atta, use 1 or 1. 25 cup water and knead well. keep aside for 20 mins and make normal chapattis. now the corners do break and not smooth like wheat chapattis but o.k. also you cant make this dough and use it for next 2-3 days, as it becomes very difficult to make chapatti, next day. so knead fresh dough everytime you need it.

good option for gluten free/Vegan

Guys, be cautious. Its not Gluten free. If you are buying this for a celiac person, not recommended.

It used to be a good option for gluten free aata. However,  of late, I feel it is no more 100 percent gluten free. I get symptoms of gluten intolerance when I used this these days. The company must take such contamination seriously.
